Butter Noodles

Ingredients
- 200 g Egg Noodles
- 40 g Unsalted Butter
- 1/2 tsp Salt (To taste)
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
- Parmesan Cheese (For garnish)
- Parsley (Chopped, for garnish)
Directions
- 1Fill a large pot with water and add a pinch of salt. Bring the water to a boil.
- 2Add the noodles to the boiling water and cook according to the package instructions or until they are al dente. This usually takes around 8-10 minutes.
- 3While the noodles are cooking, melt the butter in a small saucepan over low heat.
- 4Once the noodles are cooked, drain them and return them to the pot.
- 5Pour the melted butter over the cooked noodles and toss to coat them evenly.
- 6Sprinkle the salt and black pepper over the noodles and give it another toss.
- 7Divide the buttered noodles between serving plates.
- 8Garnish with grated parmesan cheese and chopped fresh parsley.
- 9Serve the butter noodles warm as a delicious side dish or a quick main course.
