Dulce de Tomate de Arbol Recipe (Tree Tomato in Syrup)

Ingredients
- 12 tree tomatoes or tomate de árbol (peeled)
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 1/2 cup of sugar
- 4 cups of water
Directions
- 1Place the water, sugar and cinnamon sticks in a medium pot. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring until sugar is dissolved. Reduce heat to low and cook for about 5 minutes.
- 2Add the tree tomatoes and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low and cook for about 10 minutes.
