Garnitură de cartofi copți cu usturoi

Ingredients
- 1 kg Potatoes (Washed, cubed)
- 4 cloves Garlic (Minced)
- 3 tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 tbsp Parsley (Finely chopped)
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
Directions
- 1Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- 2In a large bowl, combine the minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
- 3Add the cubed potatoes to the bowl and toss them until they are well coated with the garlic mixture.
- 4Transfer the potatoes to a baking dish and spread them out in a single layer.
- 5Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and roast the potatoes for about 40 minutes, or until they are golden brown and crispy, stirring occasionally.
- 6Once the potatoes are cooked, remove them from the oven and sprinkle them with freshly chopped parsley.
- 7Toss the potatoes gently to distribute the parsley evenly.
- 8Serve the roasted garlic potatoes hot as a delicious side dish.
