Dutch Shrimp Cocktail

Ingredients
- 1 pound small salad shrimp (cooked)
- 1 lemon
- 4-8 leaves butter lettuce
- 1/2 cup whipping cream
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- salt (to taste)
- black pepper (to taste)
Directions
- 1Pour the whipping cream into a long, narrow container and whip it using an immersion blender until the whipping cream is as thick as Greek yogurt.
- 2Add the juice of half of the lemon, put the other half aside. Also add the mayonnaise and ketchup and stir with a spoon until well combined.
- 3Add the cooked shrimp to a mixing bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste and add the juice of the remaining half lemon. Mix until well combined.
- 4Add one leaf of butter lettuce to each serving glass. Then add a few scoops of the shrimp, make sure to divide your portions equally. Now top it off with the sauce.
- 5Serve cold. Enjoy!
