Lasagna într-o oală

Ingredients
- 500 g Minced Meat
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 1 Onion
- 1 Carrot
- 1 Bell Pepper
- 1 tsp Ginger Paste
- 1 tsp Garlic Paste
- 1 tbsp Tomato Puree
- 1 tsp Salt (adjust to taste)
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 tsp Chilli Flakes
- 1 tsp Italian Herbs
- 500 g Pasta Sauce
- 250 ml Water
- 10 Lasagna Sheets
- 100 g Mozzarella Cheese
- Parsley
Directions
- 1Add the Oil to a large pan and heat it up on medium flame.
- 2Add the Minced Meat and cook for 6–8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the colour changes and the meat is no longer pink.
- 3Add the Ginger Paste and Garlic Paste, then sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- 4Add the Onion, Carrot, and Bell Pepper. Cook for 4–5 minutes until the vegetables soften slightly.
- 5Add the Salt, Black Pepper, Chilli Flakes, Italian Herbs, and Tomato Puree. Cook for 3–4 minutes while stirring to combine everything well.
- 6Add the Pasta Sauce and mix it in.
- 7Break the Lasagna Sheets into smaller pieces and add them directly into the pan. Stir to mix everything evenly.
- 8Gently mix again, making sure the pasta is coated and submerged. Cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.
- 9Add the Mozzarella Cheese on top, cover the pan, and cook for 5 minutes on low heat to let the cheese melt completely.
- 10Garnish with fresh Parsley and it's ready to serve.
