Tzatziki Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 English cucumber (shredded)
- 1 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 garlic clove (grated)
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill (chopped)
- salt (to taste)
- black pepper (to taste)
Directions
- 1Place the shredded cucumber in a colander or on a towel and squeeze out as much water as possible.
- 2In a medium bowl, combine the shredded and drained cucumber with Greek yogurt, lemon juice, olive oil, grated garlic, chopped dill, salt and black pepper. Mix well.
- 3Refrigerate the tzatziki until ready to serve.
- 4Drizzle with more olive oil before serving (optional).
