Poffertjes (Clătite olandeze mini)

Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- powdered sugar (for serving)
- butter (for serving)
Directions
- 1In a bowl, add the flour, baking powder and salt. Whisk until well combined.
- 2Add the milk and eggs and whisk until smooth.
- 3Spray the poffertjes pan with non-stick spray and heat over medium heat. Add some of the batter into the wells. Cook for about 2-3 minutes, or until golden brown. Flip over and cook the other side for another 2-3 minutes until fully cooked and golden brown on both sides.
- 4Repeat with the rest of the batter, cooking in batches until all the batter is done.
- 5Serve poffertjes with powdered sugar and a slice of butter.
